Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in schools and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant regulations of higher authorities, and in combination with the actual situation of undergraduate enrollment in schools.
Article 2 Undergraduate enrollment in schools follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", vigorously promotes the "sunshine project" of enrollment, and selects outstanding talents for the country and schools.

Article 4 Level and type of running a school: The school is a full-time public institution of higher learning with higher education. It is a national "double-class" university, with a complete education system for cultivating bachelors, masters and doctors, and a postdoctoral research mobile station.
Article 5 Graduation certificate: The school implements a flexible academic system, and students complete the teaching contents stipulated in the professional talent training program within 3-6 years, and meet the graduation requirements in terms of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. The school issues graduation certificates, and undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements for awarding bachelor's degrees are awarded bachelor's degrees.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Chapter III Enrollment Categories, Plans and Admission Principles
Article 8 Undergraduate enrollment in schools mainly includes ordinary classes, Sino-foreign cooperative education, national special plans, local special plans, sports and art classes, Xinjiang high school classes, Tibet high school classes and ethnic minority preparatory courses.
Article 9 The school cooperates with oxford brookes university, England, and offers four Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors: accounting, computer science and technology, software engineering and business administration. Students are required to complete the teaching content stipulated in the talent training plan jointly formulated by both parties. If they meet the graduation requirements and meet the conditions for awarding, they will be awarded the undergraduate diploma, bachelor's degree certificate and oxford brookes university degree certificate. Chinese-foreign cooperative education does not admit candidates who have not filled in their professional volunteers, and students are not allowed to transfer to other general majors after entering school. Article 10 The school enrollment plan and elective course requirements shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and the admission examination institutions of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).

Chengdu Campus enrolls students according to major disciplines: geology (including geology and geochemistry), nuclear engineering (including nuclear engineering and technology, radiation protection and nuclear safety), electronic information (including communication engineering, information engineering and artificial intelligence), computer (including computer science and technology, software engineering and cyberspace security) and environmental science and engineering (including environment). Yibin Campus enrolls students according to the main disciplines: computer (including intelligence science and technology, Internet of Things engineering and digital media technology) and business administration (including financial management and human resource management).
Thirteenth schools adhere to the comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physical fitness and art, and candidates' physical health meets the training requirements of relevant majors, and they are selected on the basis of merit.
Fourteenth schools in accordance with national policies to recognize the province (municipality directly under the central government, autonomous region) after the score, and as a basis for admission and professional arrangements.
Fifteenth candidates' professional arrangements, the implementation of the principle of "score first", from high scores to low scores for admission, there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. When the results are the same, the admissions are sorted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions); In provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) with unclear sorting rules, literature and history students are enrolled in the order of Chinese, liberal arts, mathematics and foreign languages, while science and engineering students are enrolled in the order of mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages; Provinces and cities that implement the comprehensive reform of the examination enrollment system are admitted in the order of high scores in Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and qualified subjects. When the candidates' professional volunteers are not satisfied, they are subject to professional adjustment, from high scores to low scores to incomplete majors; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 16 Except for Japanese majors, all candidates will be taught in English as a foreign language after entering the school. English, translation and business English majors are limited to English language candidates, and oral English will be increased after enrollment.
Article 17 There is no restriction on the proportion of male and female students in general majors in schools.
Eighteenth architecture (architecture, landscape architecture), human geography and urban and rural planning require students to have a certain artistic foundation. Architecture (architecture, landscape architecture) lasts for 5 years. Freshmen need to take the freehand drawing exam organized by the school after entering school. Those who fail the test will be transferred to other majors according to their college entrance examination results and professional volunteers.
Article 19 Candidates applying for art majors must take the unified professional examinations organized by the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) where the students are located, and reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines. At the same time, candidates' cultural achievements in the college entrance examination must reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines designated by the admissions examination institutions of the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) where the students are located. Among them, the performance professional candidates' cultural scores in the college entrance examination must be no less than 20 points on the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines designated by the entrance examination institutions of the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) where the students are located, and the broadcasting and hosting professional candidates in Sichuan Province must be no less than 20 points on the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines designated by the provincial entrance examination institutions, and the design professional candidates in Sichuan Province must be no less than 40 points on the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines designated by the provincial entrance examination institutions.
To apply for broadcasting and hosting, the height of boys should be no less than 1.70m and that of girls should be no less than1.60m..
School art majors use the examination results of art majors organized by the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) where the students are located, and candidates who pass the cultural examination and professional examination take the way of "professional voluntary priority" and are admitted according to the filing rules stipulated by the provincial admissions examination institutions; If the provincial entrance examination institutions do not have clear rules for filing, they will choose the radio and television director major from high score to low score according to their cultural achievements. Those with the same cultural achievements are selected from high to low according to their professional achievements, foreign language subjects and Chinese subjects. The majors of broadcasting and hosting, performance and visual communication design are selected from high to low according to their professional achievements. If their professional achievements are the same, they will be selected according to their total cultural achievements, Chinese single subjects and foreign language single subjects from high to low.
Article 20 Candidates applying for physical education must take the unified professional test organized by the province (municipality directly under the Central Government or autonomous region) where the students come from, and reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines. At the same time, candidates' cultural achievements in the college entrance examination must reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualification lines designated by the admissions examination institutions of the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) where the students are located. Among them, the cultural scores of the college entrance examination for physical education candidates in Sichuan Province must be no less than 20 points on the corresponding batch of undergraduate qualified lines designated by the provincial entrance examination institutions.
Candidates applying for physical education major are required to be at least1.68m in height for boys and1.58m for girls, and to be physically disabled.
Physical education majors are admitted according to the rules stipulated by the admissions examination institutions of the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) where the students are located. If there is no clear stipulation, candidates who enter the archives will be selected according to their professional scores from high to low. Candidates with the same professional scores will be admitted in turn according to their total cultural scores, foreign language subjects and Chinese subjects.
Article 21 Candidates entering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall take the admission principle of "queuing up for admission according to their professional wishes within the enrollment plan 1: 1".
Twenty-second provinces and cities to implement the comprehensive reform of the examination enrollment system, the way of filing in accordance with the relevant documents of the provincial entrance examination institutions where students are located. Candidates must meet the requirements of the school's professional elective subjects.

Article 25 According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, the school takes 1% of the total enrollment plan as a reserved plan to adjust the imbalance of students on the unified examination line in various places.
Chapter IV Charging Standards
Article 26? Students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004] 1 18). Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.
