According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control and the requirements of national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control, combined with the actual situation of our school, after research, the spring semester of 20021-2022 will start as planned. In order to effectively protect the safety and health of students and ensure the smooth and orderly opening of our school, the relevant matters concerning students' return to school are hereby notified as follows:
First, the back-to-school schedule.
Students returning to school adhere to the principle of wrong time and wrong peak and return to school in batches. The specific schedule is as follows:
The first batch: the situation of students returning to school on February 24th: ① There is a medium-high risk area in prefecture-level cities or a local epidemic within 14 days [the municipality directly under the central government is a county, the same below]; (2) There is a medium-high risk area after returning to school in prefecture-level cities or a local epidemic occurs within 14 days. 1 nucleic acid test is required after admission. The entrance passage is the east gate of North Campus and the north gate of South Campus.
The second batch: On February 25th, students from outside Shandong Province returned to school. The entrance passage is the east gate of North Campus and the north gate of South Campus.

Second, suspend the scope of returning students.
1. 14 days, students in middle and high-risk areas or counties will be suspended from returning to school, and will be arranged to return to school after being reduced to low-risk areas.
2. If I or my family members living with * * * are confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons or suspected cases, or are judged as close contacts or sub-close contacts by the disease control department, I will not return to school temporarily until the local health department lifts the health management restrictions.
3. Students with fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, diarrhea and other symptoms will not return to school for the time being, and can only return to school after being cured and approved by the school.
Third, back-to-school requirements
1. Students must return to school according to the schedule, and may not return to school in advance.
2. Check the health code+travel code when returning to school. Students from outside the province who meet the requirements for returning to school and students from inside the province who have lived outside the province for 14 days must return to school with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. Back-to-school students should protect themselves on the way, reduce transit, and don't stay in transit cities unless necessary.
3. Under the following circumstances, students must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. Once the school arrives at school, it will jointly organize 1 nucleic acid test with the local community, and continue to do a good job of health monitoring and management for 14 days after returning to school: ① If there is a high-risk area or a local epidemic in a prefecture-level city within 14 days (the municipality is a county, the same below); (2) There is a medium-high risk area after returning to school in prefecture-level cities or a local epidemic occurs within 14 days.
Four, back to school matters needing attention
1. Students who must be tested for nucleic acid according to regulations will be organized for nucleic acid testing as soon as they arrive at school. You need to wait in the dormitory before the results are detected, and normal activities can only be carried out if the nucleic acid test is negative.
2. Students returning to school should cooperate with the school to do a good job in tracing their health status, truthfully and timely report their health status and travel trajectory during the winter vacation, and ensure that their residence history, contact history and health history are clear and clear/4 days before returning to school.
3. Scientifically arrange the itinerary, and try to avoid passing through medium and high-risk areas or prefecture-level cities with local epidemics within 14 days (the municipality directly under the central government is a county). When you take public transportation such as airplanes, high-speed trains, subways and buses, you should always wear masks when you enter crowded areas such as shopping malls, restaurants and toilets, so as to minimize unnecessary communication with others and effectively protect your health.
4. If you have fever and other related symptoms during your return to school, you should report to your college in time before you enter school, and you will not enter school for the time being. Under the guidance of the school hospital, seek medical advice in time or conduct health monitoring as appropriate.
If the situation of epidemic prevention and control changes, the school will implement it according to the latest prevention and control requirements and inform it in time.
