The quality development department of the student union should start from six aspects: ideological and political and moral cultivation, social practice and voluntary service, scientific and technological scholarships and innovation and entrepreneurship, cultural and sports arts and physical and mental development, community activities and social work, and skills training.

Significance: The quality development plan for college students is a systematic project jointly implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education and the National Federation of Students, aiming at further promoting quality education in colleges and universities.
