Sa Beining, 1976 was born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, Wuhan, Hubei Province and Hexian, Anhui Province on March 23rd. He graduated from Peking University Law Department with a master's degree in law, and hosted programs in Chinese mainland.

Since 1999, he has hosted the legal program "Legal Report" launched by CCTV Comprehensive Channel. In 200 1 year, he won the most potential host award of the first national college student TV festival and the title of the first top ten host of CCTV. In 2004, he won the excellent host award of the 22nd Golden Eagle Award.

In 2006, he presided over the special program "Little Missionaries" of the two sessions launched by CCTV Social and Legal Channel; In the same year, the "2005 Top Ten Legal Figures Award Ceremony" hosted by him won the Golden Microphone Award for the 7th TV Broadcasting Host Program.
