Rule number two Construct a postgraduate education scholarship system consisting of national scholarships for postgraduate students, academic scholarships, special scholarships for schools, state grants, post allowances for "three assistances" and financial aid for poor students.

Rule three. Full-time postgraduate students with China nationality who are included in the national postgraduate enrollment plan can obtain various scholarships and grants and must meet the following basic conditions:

Article 4? Graduate students are not allowed to participate in various scholarships under any of the following circumstances.

(a) subject to administrative punishment, criminal punishment or disciplinary action by the school.

(2) Those who fail to meet the requirements of all training links stipulated by the school.

(3) There is a record of unqualified course results.

(four) plagiarism, fraud and other misconduct.

Chapter two? Graduate National Scholarship

Article 5? The national scholarship for graduate students is allocated by the central government to reward graduate students with outstanding academic achievements, remarkable scientific research achievements and outstanding social welfare activities. The award standard for doctoral students is 30,000 yuan per student per year, and the award standard for master students is 20,000 yuan per student per year.

According to the indicators issued by the higher authorities and the Interim Measures for the Evaluation and Management of National Scholarships for Postgraduates in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the school organizes the application and evaluation of national scholarships for postgraduates every year, and sends the bonuses to the award-winning postgraduates at one time.

Chapter three? Postgraduate scholarship

Article 6? The school co-ordinates the central and provincial financial allocations, tuition income and social donations. And set up graduate scholarships for full-time graduate students to reward and support graduate students to complete their studies better. The evaluation of academic scholarships for graduate students is mainly based on their academic achievements, scientific research achievements and social services.

Article 7? For newly enrolled graduate students, academic scholarships are awarded in two grades: doctoral and master's degrees are awarded according to unified standards after registration; At the beginning of the autumn semester in the second year of enrollment, graduate students will participate in the academic scholarship of the year with their academic achievements and scientific research achievements in the previous academic year; Starting from the fall semester of the third year, the academic scholarships of that year will be evaluated according to the academic achievements and scientific research achievements of the second year.

Article 8? Postgraduates who study abroad or exchange between schools and study abroad can participate in academic scholarships. Graduate students who study abroad or drop out of school for personal reasons cannot participate in academic scholarships.

Article 9? The first-year scholarship standard for doctoral students is 8000 yuan per student. Scholarships for doctoral students in the second and third years are divided into three grades: first-class students 12000 yuan per year (about 20% of the participants), second-class students' 8000 yuan per year (about 30% of the participants) and third-class students' 6000 yuan per year (about 50% of the participants).

Article 10? The first-year academic scholarship standard for graduate students is 5000 yuan per student. Scholarships for second-and third-year graduate students are divided into three grades: 8,000 yuan per year for first-class students (about 10% participants), 6,000 yuan per year for second-class students (about 30% participants) and 4,000 yuan per year for third-class students (about 60% participants).

Article 11? Schools can dynamically adjust the level, reward standard and reward ratio of academic scholarships according to the financial allocation and actual situation of higher authorities.

Article 12? The school will grant academic scholarships to the award-winning graduate students in the same year, and record the academic scholarships in the graduate student status file.

Chapter IV Special Scholarships for Postgraduates

Thirteenth special scholarships for graduate students are funded by schools, society or individuals to reward all kinds of outstanding graduate students.

Article 14 In order to attract outstanding students and improve the quality of students, the school has set up a scholarship for outstanding freshmen of graduate students, rewarding outstanding undergraduate students who are recommended to study for master's degree without examination and students who apply for the entrance examination for master's degree in our school for the first time (except full-time graduate students with directional employment), and leaning towards disciplines that the school urgently needs to develop. The reward ratio is generally 10% of the number of graduate students enrolled (excluding the number of long-term students).

Graduate students will be paid in one lump sum after obtaining their student status. The measures for the implementation of the award shall be formulated by the school according to the needs of discipline development and the admission of graduate students in that year.

Fifteenth schools set up graduate students' scientific and technological innovation scholarships to reward graduate students who have made outstanding achievements in academic research, scientific and technological innovation, large-scale competitions, and public study abroad. Organize 1 awards every year. Specific reward standards and measures shall be formulated separately.

Sixteenth schools encourage enterprises, social organizations, individuals and postgraduate training units to set up postgraduate scholarships and implement them according to the corresponding incentives.

Chapter five? National grant for graduate students

Article 17? From the fall semester of 20 14, the original general scholarship for graduate students will be adjusted into a national grant for graduate students to subsidize their basic living expenses. The scope of state grants is full-time graduate students (except those with fixed salary) who are included in the national graduate enrollment plan. Among them, the funding standard for doctoral students is 1.2 million yuan per year, and the funding standard for master students is 6,000 yuan per year. The school grants national grants to qualified graduate students every year according to 10 month.

Article 18? Graduates' personnel files are not transferred to the school, and those who have not paid tuition fees, accommodation fees or applied for loans can only get state grants after all their personnel files are transferred to the school or paid and loaned.

Nineteenth graduate students who leave school due to graduation (graduation), withdrawal, study abroad without permission, expulsion from school and other reasons. From the month following the date of approval, the state grants will be stopped.

Article 20? Graduate students who drop out of school, postpone graduation or stay in school for probation will not receive state grants during their suspension, postpone graduation or stay in school for probation.

Chapter six? Post allowance for "Three Assistants" graduate students

Article 21? According to the actual needs, the school sets up graduate positions such as assistant management, teaching assistant and research assistant, and provides "three assistances" allowance.

Article 22? Auxiliary management mainly undertakes the auxiliary work of teaching management, scientific research management and ideological and political education management. The school will set up supporting posts according to the needs of the work, and graduate students will apply voluntarily according to their job responsibilities and personal circumstances. The employing unit is responsible for the selection and employment of graduate students, and carries out post evaluation on the employed graduate students. Those who pass the exam will be reported to the graduate school. According to the workload and assessment, the school will grant the student subsidy every month (according to the standard of 800 yuan for full 20-day workload), and the annual grant will not exceed 10 month.

Article 23? The position of teaching assistant is mainly to help guide the experimental setup of undergraduates. The school will set up teaching assistant positions in relevant colleges, and graduate students will apply voluntarily according to their job responsibilities and personal circumstances. Post-setting colleges and course lecturers are responsible for the selection and employment of graduate students, and the post evaluation of the employed graduate students. Those who pass the exam are reported to the Academic Affairs Office and the Graduate Office. The school pays the allowance for teaching assistants according to 20 yuan per class hour, and each post does not exceed the standard of 500 yuan.

Article 24? Research assistants mainly undertake scientific research and related auxiliary work arranged by tutors. Research-supporting posts are set up independently by tutors according to the actual needs of research projects and postgraduate training, and postgraduate research-supporting allowances are determined according to the workload. The monthly (full workload) of general natural science projects above the provincial level is not lower than that of 200 yuan, and the monthly (full workload) of major projects above the provincial level is not lower than that of 500 yuan. The natural science and social science projects at the bureau level are mastered by the instructors themselves. The research funding is paid from the tutor's research funding.

Article 25? Each graduate student can only get 1 teaching assistant or management position per semester.

Chapter seven? Allowance for poor students

Article 26? The school has set up a grant for poor students, which is used to support graduate students who enjoy the minimum living guarantee and orphans and other graduate students with particularly difficult lives. Sponsor 30 students each year, divided into two grades. The first grade (10 students) is 3000 yuan per student, and the second grade (20 students) is 2000 yuan per student. Organize 1 evaluation every year after individual application, college preliminary examination and school recognition. Subsidized schools issue one-time subsidies. Each graduate student can only get the same subsidy of 1 every year.

Chapter eight? Management and supervision

Article 27? The school set up a leading group for postgraduate financial assistance, headed by the principal in charge of postgraduate education, and composed of the heads of relevant functional departments, the heads of colleges and representatives of postgraduate tutors, responsible for overall leadership, coordination and supervision of the implementation of postgraduate scholarships in the school, and ruling on relevant complaints.

The Office of the Leading Group is located in graduate department, and is responsible for the daily management of various scholarships for graduate students and making various scholarship distribution plans. The relevant colleges set up a graduate scholarship evaluation committee, chaired by the person in charge of the college, with the dean in charge of graduate work, the secretary in charge of student work, the postgraduate teaching secretary, the counselor, the person in charge of related disciplines and the representative of the graduate tutor, responsible for the organization and evaluation of graduate scholarship applications.

Article 28? The planning and finance department is responsible for the issuance of various scholarships for graduate students.

Article 29? Audit and supervision departments are responsible for the inspection and supervision of the management and distribution of graduate scholarships.
