Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to better implement the spirit of "running the school according to law" of the Ministry of Education, implement the "sunshine project" of college enrollment, standardize the enrollment behavior of colleges and universities, and ensure the smooth progress of full-time undergraduate enrollment.

Article 3 Schools are public comprehensive colleges and universities approved by the Ministry of Education, and have the right to award bachelor's and master's degrees.

Article 4 The main categories of full-time undergraduate enrollment in schools are: ordinary college entrance examination students (including students admitted to the unified examination, students majoring in art and sports, students from high-level sports teams, students from local special programs, and students majoring in sports training).

Article 5 Schools should adhere to the principles of fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 6 The leading group for undergraduate enrollment in schools is the leading and decision-making body for undergraduate enrollment in schools. It is composed of the principal, the leaders in charge of each school, the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee and the heads of relevant functional departments. Its main responsibility is to comprehensively lead the undergraduate enrollment work, study and formulate enrollment policies, enrollment plans and admission rules, and make decisions on major enrollment matters.

Article 7 The General Undergraduate Admissions Committee of a school is a decision-making consultation, democratic management and supervision institution for the general undergraduate enrollment work, which is composed of the principal, the leaders in charge of the school, the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, the heads of relevant functional departments, teachers and students' representatives and outstanding alumni. Its main responsibilities are to study and review enrollment policies and systems, supervise undergraduate enrollment, and maintain fairness and justice in enrollment.

Article 8 The Admissions Office is located at the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office under the leadership of the leading group and the Admissions Committee. Its main responsibility is to implement the national and provincial policies and regulations on enrollment, and organize and implement the enrollment of ordinary undergraduates under the leadership of the leading group.

Ninth school discipline inspection and supervision departments are responsible for the supervision of school enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Tenth schools in the annual enrollment scale approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, according to the school development planning, school conditions, student status, talent market demand, discipline development and promote the coordinated development of the region and other factors, scientific and reasonable preparation of enrollment source plan.

Eleventh schools in the approved annual enrollment scale, according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, set aside a small number of plans. The use of the reserved plan adheres to the principle of quality first, openness and transparency, and is mainly put into provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with strong willingness to apply for our school and concentrated high-quality students.

Twelfth schools will be approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, the provincial and professional plans submitted to the provincial admissions examination institutions (hereinafter referred to as the provincial admissions office), and announced to the public through the provincial admissions office.

Chapter IV Entrance Examination

Thirteenth candidates who apply for full-time undergraduate courses (except for sports training majors and some high-level sports teams) must take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities; Candidates who apply for sports training and some high-level sports teams must participate in professional tests and cultural tests organized according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration.

Fourteenth candidates who apply for art majors must take the unified examination of relevant professional courses and the professional course examination organized by the school in accordance with the requirements of the provincial admissions office where the students are located. The specific requirements are subject to the enrollment brochure of art majors in that year.

Fifteenth candidates majoring in physical education, social sports guidance and management must participate in the technical test of physical education organized by the province where the students are located.

Sixteenth candidates who apply for high-level sports teams must take the professional course test organized by the school, and the cultural test shall take the national college entrance examination or the sports single-recruit cultural test according to the relevant regulations.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Seventeenth strict implementation of national and provincial enrollment policies, regulations and admission scores. In the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination, the candidates whose test scores (including policy points) have reached the minimum admission score of our school and have been put into the file, are comprehensively evaluated in morality, intelligence, physical fitness and beauty, and the candidates are selected from high to low.

Article 18 The proportion of students' files consulted by schools generally does not exceed 1.05%. For provinces with large enrollment plans, schools can determine the fine-tuning plan and the ratio of shifting files according to the distribution of students.

Article 19 Schools shall, in principle, implement the policies of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions committees on candidates' extra points. The enrollment major of high-level sports teams does not arrange provincial and professional plans, and does not recognize all college entrance examination points and scores.

Twentieth for parallel volunteer province, the school in accordance with the score first, combined with the principle of voluntary admission. For non-parallel volunteer provinces, the school accepts students according to the principle of voluntary priority and score combination. The school does not accept candidates who are unwilling to join our school.

Twenty-first schools in determining the candidates' major, in principle, follow the candidates' professional wishes, and take the candidates' ranking results as the standard, with those with high scores giving priority to admission. Approved by the provincial admissions institution, the school will adjust the admission according to the increase or decrease of relevant majors and plans according to the students and volunteers. Those who fail to reach professional volunteers and do not obey professional adjustment will be dismissed from the school.

Candidates of arts and sciences in Jiangsu Province are required to take BC and above, with required subjects 4C 1 and above, and liberal arts subjects 4C and above. When enrolling students of different majors, the method of "grading first" is adopted, that is, the candidates are ranked from high to low according to their actual total scores (language number+bonus points+reward points). When the total score is the same, it is sorted according to the level of selected subjects, and the higher related subjects are preferred.

Article 22 For art design majors, among the candidates whose scores of cultural investment reach the cultural admission control scores designated by the provincial admissions department and whose scores are qualified, they are admitted according to the following rules: for provinces with prescribed scores, they are admitted according to the scores of students' provinces; For provinces that do not stipulate the score line for filing, they will be admitted according to the comprehensive score [professional unified examination score ×60%+ cultural filing score ×40%]. If the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be admitted according to their professional scores; If there are special provisions in the province where the students come from, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of the provincial admissions department.

Article 23 For music, dance and performance majors (costume performance and design), candidates whose scores of cultural investment have reached the minimum admission control scores of the same batch specified by the province where they are located, and whose scores are qualified, are admitted according to the following rules: provinces that use professional school entrance examination scores are admitted according to professional scores, and those with the same professional scores are admitted according to cultural scores; For provinces that use the results of the professional unified examination, they are admitted according to the rules and results of the provinces where the students are located; Height must meet the standards stipulated in Article 28 of the Articles of Association, and relevant professional examination subjects must meet the following requirements:

Hubei Province: Music Performance (Instrumental Performance) Major: Only piano, bamboo flute, erhu, dulcimer, pipa and guzheng candidates are invited.

Musicology (Chorus Conductor and Music Education) major: Only piano candidates are invited.

Shandong Province: Music Performance (Instrumental Performance) Major: The main items must be piano, bamboo flute, erhu, dulcimer, pipa and guzheng.

Music performance (vocal performance) major: the main item must be vocal music.

Musicology (Chorus Conductor and Music Education) major: It must be a combination of piano and vocal music, and the order of main and auxiliary items is not limited.

Hunan Province: Music Performance (Instrumental Performance) Major: The main subjects must be piano, bamboo flute, erhu, dulcimer, pipa and guzheng.

Music performance (vocal performance) major: the main course must be vocal music.

Musicology (Chorus Conductor and Music Education) Major: Piano as the main subject.

Guangdong Province: Musicology (Chorus Conductor and Music Education) Major: Piano only.

Article 24 Candidates whose professional and technical achievements and cultural investment scores of sports majors (excluding sports training majors) have reached the minimum admission control scores stipulated by the province where they are located, and who have already invested, will be selected from high scores to low scores according to the relevant investment rules and achievements of the province where the students are located.

Twenty-fifth sports training majors are enrolled separately, and the admission criteria are determined by the school, approved by the provincial recruitment office where the students are located, and reported to the State Sports General Administration for the record. The specific admission criteria shall be implemented according to the provisions of the enrollment brochure for sports training majors in that year.

Twenty-sixth high-level sports teams are admitted according to the provisions of the current high-level sports team enrollment brochure.

Article 27 Candidates applying for foreign language majors generally have a score of not less than 1 10 (full mark 150), and may make appropriate adjustments according to the students' situation.

Twenty-eighth requirements for the health of candidates, in addition to the implementation of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities", the height of the following professional candidates must meet the prescribed standards:

Musicology (music education) and musical performance (instrumental performance) majors: boys1.65m, girls1.55m;

Music performance (vocal performance) and musicology (chorus conductor and music education): boys 1.70m, girls1.58m;

Dance performance major: boys 1.70m, girls1.60m;

Performance (costume performance and design) major: boys 1.80m (inclusive), girls 1.65m (inclusive);

Twenty-ninth Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects only admit candidates who clearly fill in their professional volunteers, and may not change their majors after admission.

Thirtieth foreign language majors only recruit native speakers and English candidates; Other undergraduate majors are not limited by language in principle, but English is the main foreign language course after entering school. In addition, the school offers courses such as college Japanese, college German and college French, and students can choose a language to study according to their own situation.

Chapter VI Fees and Scholarships for Awards, Subsidies and Loans

Article 31 In accordance with state regulations, students must pay tuition, accommodation and teaching materials. Specific charging standards and measures shall be implemented according to the provisions of Hubei Provincial Price Bureau.

Article 32 The school has formulated a series of systems such as student incentives, work-study programs and student loans. The school has established scholarships for principals, outstanding students, outstanding student cadres, outstanding students, outstanding graduates and various individual scholarships. There are also national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, provincial (city) government scholarships, social organizations (units), and special scholarships set up by individuals.

Thirty-third full-time undergraduate students who have obtained the status of Jianghan University and whose families are in financial difficulties may apply for a national student loan, which shall be handled by the students in their places of origin. At the same time, you can also apply for state grants.

Article 34 In order to help students from poor families overcome their difficulties in life and complete their studies better, the school actively provides practical opportunities for poor students to work and study, and recommends and arranges students from poor families to participate in work-study activities.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-fifth freshmen, the school should conduct a comprehensive re-examination of admission qualifications, and re-examination of special types of freshmen such as art and sports. Those who fail the second interview will be treated according to the difference until their admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who is found to be fraudulent will be disqualified or returned to the original domicile.

Article 36 Students who have completed the required academic credits and passed the examination will be awarded a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma of general higher education by Jianghan University, and a bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees.
