Can a motor vehicle turn right at a red light?
Motor vehicles can turn right at a red light, except at intersections with right turn signals. When turning right, it will inevitably hinder the passage of vehicles and pedestrians. If a non-motor vehicle occupies a motor vehicle lane, you can prompt the other party to get out of the way and turn right.

According to Article 38 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, motor vehicle traffic lights and non-motor vehicle traffic lights indicate:

1, when the green light is on, vehicles are allowed to pass, but turning vehicles shall not hinder the passage of straight vehicles and pedestrians;

2. When the yellow light is on, vehicles that have crossed the stop line can continue to pass;

3. When the red light is on, vehicles are forbidden to pass.

At intersections where there are no non-motor vehicle signal lights and crosswalk signal lights, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians should follow the signs of motor vehicle signal lights. When the red light is on, vehicles turning right can pass, which does not hinder the passage of vehicles and pedestrians who have been released.
