Brief introduction of Shandong Maritime Vocational College;

Shandong Maritime Vocational College is the first mixed-ownership vocational college approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government, which is led by Weifang Municipal Government and organized by social forces. The school is located in Weifang, the world kite capital, on the coast of Bohai Sea and Laizhou Bay, adjacent to Weifang Port and Bailanghe Yacht Tourist Terminal, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation.

The school is a pilot unit for the reform of running schools with mixed ownership in vocational colleges in Shandong Province, the chairman and secretary-general unit of the National Research Alliance for Running Schools with Mixed Ownership in Vocational Education, the second batch of pilot units for information-based teaching announced by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, and the cooperative unit of China Ocean University.

The school has a teaching team composed of young teaching experts, course lecturers, professional leaders and famous teachers, with more than 460 full-time teachers.

The school has seven secondary colleges, including Navigation College, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College, Port and Shipping Management College, Cruise Yacht College, Aviation College, JD.COM Xinmeier Electronic Business School and School of Intelligence and Information Engineering, as well as five-year junior college and secondary vocational college.

It offers 39 majors, including navigation technology, marine engineering technology, port and shipping management, health management, stomatology technology, TCM rehabilitation technology, mechatronics technology, logistics management, accounting, international cruise crew management, e-commerce, air crew, high-speed rail crew, performing arts, and UAV application technology. There are more than 90 13 full-time students in higher vocational colleges.

School-enterprise cooperation

By improving the school-running system of integration of production and education and innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, the school has introduced more than 93 million yuan of social funds from five enterprises in the mode of mixed ownership, * * * built three secondary colleges with mixed ownership, and 1 "joint-stock ocean engineering (OPITO) public * * * training center".

It has successively signed contracts with Goer Group, Huayang Shipping Center Co., Ltd., CSSC Education Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Shandong Boneng Electric Power Group and Weifang Binhai Tourism Group to build five industrial colleges.

The school and China Merchants Group, Huayang Shipping Center Co., Ltd., Beijing Xinyusheng Ship Management Co., Ltd. and other well-known enterprises carry out school-enterprise integration education, and jointly hold pilot classes for directional training of navigation technology and modern apprenticeship to explore effective modes of modern apprenticeship personnel training.
