The school transfer ratio is generally 100%, which can be adjusted according to the situation of students in each province. Voluntarily file according to the batch order, and the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 120% in principle; According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, in principle, the proportion of file adjustment should be controlled within 105%, and candidates should be selected according to their college entrance examination scores, professional volunteers, comprehensive quality and related individual examination results.

Admission is conducted in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region according to the rules of "Admission Plan 1: 1". There is no voluntary grade difference in Xinjiang University.

When dealing with candidates' professional volunteers, set the professional (category) volunteer grade difference, and the standard is: 1-2 professional (category) volunteer grade difference is 2 points, 2-3 professional (category) volunteer grade difference is 1 point, and other professional (category) volunteer grade difference is 0 points. The admission rules of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to the relevant policies of the local entrance examination management department. Candidates who can't meet all their professional volunteers will be transferred to the major whose enrollment plan is not completed if they obey the professional transfer. Candidates who can't meet all professional volunteers and don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed.
