Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) was once famous for its Chinese name: Malaysia University of Science and Technology, located in Pattaya, Selangor, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 1995, Malaysian Prime Minister and his party paid a working visit to Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After returning home, they decided to establish a university modeled after Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Later, at 1997, 1, an agreement was signed to confirm the establishment of the university. In July 2000, with the assistance and support of MIT and the famous "Success Group" in Malaysia, MUST was officially registered as a research university.

MUST provides students with phased courses, including basic preparatory courses, diploma courses, undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses and doctoral courses. Because of its strong pertinence and practicality, MUST currently has three departments, namely, College of Natural Science and Engineering, Business School and Foundation College.

Over the years, we have implemented mutual recognition of credits with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and jointly trained senior talents. The academic mission of MUST is to cultivate students with practical entrepreneurial skills, and MBA is a rapidly developing subject in our school in recent years.

The degree awarded by MUST is recognized by the Malaysian Ministry of Education and MQA. This degree is widely recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, the United States, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other countries. At the same time, it is also one of the first Malaysian universities recognized by the Ministry of Education of China and recommended by the Foreign Supervision Information Network of the Ministry of Education of China (/N112027. shtml).
