Luo Yongkuan, Bachelor of History, Master of Laws and Doctor, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He is also the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Wuhan University. After graduating from the History Department of Wuhan University, he stayed on as a teacher. He has been engaged in the teaching and research of Party building and Marxism in China for a long time. Main research interests: the development of Marxist political party theory, the China of Marxism and contemporary China. As the head of two sub-projects of the National Major Foundation for Philosophy and Social Sciences, he presided over four provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, published dozens of academic papers in important newspapers such as People's Daily, Guangming Daily and Marxist Studies, and published many academic works and teaching materials. He has won the second prize of outstanding achievements in social sciences in Hubei Province, the first prize of outstanding teaching achievements and many other provincial and ministerial scientific research and teaching awards.
