The new transfer management rules for college students are as follows:
(a) students should generally complete their studies in this school. In any of the following circumstances, you can apply for transfer:
(1) Suffering from a certain disease or physical defect (except for scholars who entered the school because of concealing their past medical history), and unable to continue studying in the school after being examined by the school hospital or the hospital designated by the school;
(2) The school has identified special difficulties and needs to transfer.
(two) students in any of the following circumstances, not to transfer:
(1) freshmen have been enrolled for less than one semester;
(2) From the next batch of schools where students are enrolled to the last batch of schools, from low academic level to high academic level;
(3) Non-ordinary undergraduate;
(4) When enrolling students, it is determined as directional entrusted training;
(5) Being dropped out of school because of his studies;
(6) Without justifiable reasons.
(three) students apply for transfer, according to the following procedures:
(1) If a student transfers to another school in the province, he/she shall submit a written application with relevant supporting materials. Transferred out of the school recommendation, it is planned to be transferred to the school for examination and approval, and the transfer formalities shall be handled after being approved by the provincial education administrative department;
(2) Students who transfer from other provinces (cities, autonomous regions) shall submit a written application with relevant supporting materials, be recommended by the transfer school, be transferred to the school for examination and approval, and be reported to the provincial education administrative department for approval before going through the transfer formalities;
