Brief introduction of graduate school of Liaoning University
At present, the school has 26 master's degree authorization points in first-class disciplines and 164 master's degree authorization points in two disciplines, including 24 professional degree authorization points such as EMBA (Advanced Master of Business Administration), MBA (Master of Business Administration), MPA (Master of Management), JM (Master of Law), MTCSOL (Master of Chinese International Education) and MFA (Master of Literature). At present, there are 8 first-class disciplines such as theoretical economics, applied economics, business administration, China language and literature, philosophy, law, chemistry and statistics, 66 doctoral degree authorization points in 2 disciplines and 8 postdoctoral mobile stations; World economy, national economy and finance are three national key disciplines and 32 provincial key disciplines. It has a national training base for basic talents in economics, a training and research base for college counselors of the Ministry of Education, a key research base for humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education-Economic and Political Research Center for Transitional Countries (Comparative Economic System Research Center), and a key research base for humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education-Macao Social and Economic Development Research Center of the City University of Macau (approved by the the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office and the Ministry of Education). The school has 2 national experimental teaching demonstration centers, 7 provincial key research bases of humanities and social sciences, 7 provincial key laboratories, 2 provincial engineering technology research centers, 5 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, 6 laboratories with distinctive advantages jointly built by the central and local governments, 12 teaching experimental platform supported by the central government and 9 innovative teams of provincial universities. By the end of 20 1 1, there were 7,208 graduate students, including 5 full-time doctoral students, 5,877 full-time master students, 649 in-service master students and 68 course students.
