Professional description:
Students majoring in this major in western Sydney will learn the basic knowledge of health science and medicine, physical activity and personal development, and communication skills with different types of people. Students will also study the physical fitness and health level of different groups of people, and learn from basic health to rehabilitation and management of obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Through the above study, students will have a deep understanding of health, physical activity and sports science, and can apply what they have learned to personal evaluation and the design and implementation of sports events. In addition, at the end of the freshman year, students can choose some subjects they are interested in to study.
Employment direction:
Graduates of this major can work as personal trainers or health care experts in health or health care centers in western Sydney; Can be a coach, analyst or physiologist of a professional sports group; Rehabilitation centers or hospitals are engaged in medical work.
