Shandong Huayu Vocational and Technical College was funded by Dezhou Asia Pacific Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Dezhou Huayu School, and was founded in 2002. In 2004, the school was transformed into a college-level Shandong Huayu Vocational and Technical College, and was upgraded to a full-time undergraduate college in 20 14.
