Generally, Japanese students go to China to study for degrees in universities, colleges, short-term universities or junior colleges, and the number of short-term international students who simply study languages is very small.
At present, there are three ways to apply for a degree in Japan:
Get admission permission before last week: encourage colleges and universities to enroll students directly overseas. If you want to apply in China, you need students to have a high level of Japanese and be able to adapt to the requirements of entering the Japanese environment immediately after going to Japan.
Apply for a short-term visa to take the exam in Japan, and then apply for a study visa after passing the exam: if you apply for a short-term visa for the purpose of the exam, you should generally apply at the local Japanese embassy or consulate and apply for an examination notice from the school. Generally, the duration of this visa is 15 to 90 days.
Foreign students who enter Japanese language schools or universities study other subjects before applying to universities: Foreign students from Japanese language schools and universities do not belong to the higher education system, but are more suitable for China students. Foreign students who study Japanese and other subjects in language schools can have enough time to choose a suitable university or college to apply for the exam.
2. I or through my agent apply for "residence qualification certificate" to the local Immigration Bureau and branches in Japan.
3. Apply for a visa at the local Japanese embassy or consulate abroad with the "residence qualification certificate".
