Second, the application conditions

Candidates applying for our special enrollment plan should meet the following conditions:

(a) in line with the 20 16 unified college entrance examination registration conditions;

(2) I have a household registration with my father or mother or legal guardian in the rural areas of the implementation area, and I have been registered in the local area for more than 3 years;

(3) I have been studying in the county high school where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually studied.

(four) physical and mental health, ambitious, studious, excellent grades.

Candidates must first determine whether they are qualified for the exam before entering the exam. The final confirmation of candidates' household registration and student status is subject to the preliminary publicity list of candidates' qualifications in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Third, the registration method and process

On 20 16, our school accepts candidates' self-recommendation registration. The specific process is as follows:

(1) Qualification determination: According to the specific enrollment areas of colleges and universities announced by various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the enrollment conditions of our school, and combined with our own situation, determine whether we are eligible for registration.

(2) Online registration: Candidates who are eligible for registration must log on to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination platform from 9:00 on April 7, 20 16 to 00:00 on April 26, 20 16, register online according to the system requirements, and fill in the relevant registration information completely.

(3) Preparation of application materials

1. Fill in the complete application form of Lanzhou University's 20 16 special plan enrollment (note: this application form must be completely completed in the online registration system, downloaded and printed, and signed by the person in charge of the school and stamped with the official seal of the school);

2. Certificate of three consecutive years of school status, provided by the middle school (signed by the person in charge of the school and stamped with the official seal of the school);

3. Household registration certification materials, including the page indicating the household registration book of agricultural registered permanent residence, the household registration book page of candidates, the household registration book page of parents or legal guardians, or the household registration certificate issued by the local public security organ;

4. Personal application report (handwritten by students themselves, mainly explaining the reasons for application, hobbies, learning ability, understanding of institutions and future development, with words within 1000 words);

5. Other originals and materials that can prove the characteristics and potential of candidates (non-essential materials, no need to provide).

(4) Scan and upload the application materials

Students must scan or take photos of the application form, student registration certificate, household registration certificate, individual application report and award-winning certificate (which must be clear enough) before the registration deadline, and upload the electronic scanned copies to the registration system (there are special uploading channels for student registration certificate, household registration certificate, individual application report and award-winning certificate, etc.). The paper application materials of candidates do not need to be mailed to our school, and only individuals can keep them for future reference. Late submission, incomplete materials or unclear materials will affect the accreditation.

Fourth, the selection process

(a) material review and evaluation

The school will organize experts to review the candidates' application materials, and form a comprehensive evaluation total score according to the converted scores of the students' academic level examination grades, as well as personal statements, awards and scores of the school's comprehensive quality evaluation.

(2) Qualification determination

Our school will sort the total scores of comprehensive evaluation of candidates by province, and select qualified candidates according to the proportion, which will be announced to the public after being approved by the school enrollment leading group. Candidates are requested to log on to Lanzhou University Undergraduate Admissions Network () and Sunshine College Entrance Examination Information Platform (/) of the Ministry of Education before June 22, 2006.

Candidates who have been confirmed by our school to be qualified for special plan enrollment in colleges and universities must take the national college entrance examination in 20 16 years at the place where they are registered, and fill in the special plan enrollment volunteers according to the requirements of the provincial enrollment department. Candidates can choose to fill in their professional volunteers in the batch of undergraduate enrollment majors in their home province on 20 16. Candidates are required to fill in their professional volunteers reasonably according to the expected college entrance examination results, and must obey the professional adjustment.

Sixth, the enrollment policy.

(1) Candidates who are qualified for the special enrollment plan of colleges and universities as determined by our school, their college entrance examination scores can be reduced to a batch of admission control scores of undergraduate students in their provinces (cities, districts). For the provinces that merge undergraduate batches, the minimum admission control scores for independent enrollment determined by the relevant provincial education administrative departments or enrollment examination institutions shall be implemented.

(2) When enrolling students to determine the major, you can add 20 points on the basis of your own score, and sort the majors with a group of undergraduate candidates to determine the major.
