A Brief Introduction to the Author of China Culture
Cheng, male, 1939, native of Taigu county, Shanxi province, 1963 graduated from Peking University literature department. He was selected by the Ministry of Education as an "overseas reserve Chinese teacher" to study French at Beijing Foreign Studies University for three years, and then taught Chinese in Laos-China Friendship School in the liberated areas of Laos. After returning to China, he worked in Peking University, the State Council Science and Education Group and Ministry of Education, 198 1 returned to the forum, and was sent to teach at Oriental University in Naples for two years. He is currently a professor and dean of the School of International Exchange of Beijing Foreign Studies University, director of the Overseas Sinology Research Center and the International Chinese Teaching Information Center, and enjoys special allowances from the State Council.
