Counselors are school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups. Each counselor generally manages one or several classes. Counselors' duties shall be carried out according to the Professional Ability Standard for Counselors in Colleges and Universities (Provisional).

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

2. Good conduct;

3. Have the professional or skills required for the post;

4. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. Non-Tianjin graduates must meet the conditions for settlement in Tianjin; Personnel from other provinces and cities should comply with the relevant policies of Tianjin to introduce talents;

6. Instructor A post and organizer A post require that graduates of master's degree and doctor's degree in ordinary colleges and universities who have been in 20 19 years must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates before August of 3 19 years; Counselor post B and organizer post B require to obtain master's and doctoral diplomas and degree certificates from ordinary universities;

7. Other conditions stipulated in the recruitment position.
