The student card is a Yangchengtong discount card issued to students of ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools with Guangzhou student status according to the New Preferential Scheme for Bus and Subway Fares in Guangzhou formulated by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.

Students from ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, and students from public and private schools with Guangzhou status can apply.

College students are beyond this range, so they can't get a student card.

Student card validity period:

1. The student card handled during primary school is valid until June 5438+00 of the year when junior high school graduates normally, and the student card handled during junior high school or high school is valid until July of the year when senior high school graduates normally.

2. If the student card expires and the student still belongs to the preferential object, you can renew the original card at Yangchengtong Customer Service Center with the card and related materials. Please refer to the Instructions for Renewal of Student Cards for renewal procedures.
