All localities and units should attach great importance to it, improve their political position, fully understand the significance of medical students' order training in deepening medical reform and strengthening the capacity building of primary health services, thoroughly implement the requirements of implementation plans and other documents, earnestly do a good job in medical students' order training, strengthen the cooperation between leaders and departments, and formulate local implementation plans in light of actual conditions to ensure the smooth development of medical students' order training.

All localities and cities should co-ordinate arrangements for order-oriented medical graduates to participate in (assistant) general practitioner training at local training bases before the end of the year. Undergraduate directional medical graduates participate in 3-year standardized training for general practitioners, and junior directional medical graduates participate in 2-year training for assistant general practitioners. Among them, undergraduate graduates of traditional Chinese medicine participate in standardized training for general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, and college graduates of traditional Chinese medicine participate in training for assistant general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine.
