First, the time and place of registration.
1, check-in time. September 4, 2007 from 7:30 to 19:30. Please report for duty on the specified date. Getting to school early may cause you a lot of inconvenience.
2. Check-in place. Donghua University Songjiang Campus Student Activity Center. Address: No.2999 Renmin North Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai.
Second, the pick-up time and place
1, pick-up time. From 05: 00 to 22:00 on September 3rd, and from 07: 00 to 19:00 on September 4th, 2007.
2. pick up the radio. The terminal of Shanghai Rail Transit Metro 1 Line-Xinzhuang Station "South Square".
3. Traffic routes
(1) foreign freshmen
* Arrive at Shanghai Railway Station. Take the "Southeast Exit" and change directly to the subway 1 line (the first bus is at 5:30 and the last bus is at 23:00). If you have left the station, there is also a subway entrance in the south square of the railway station. Take the subway and get off at Xinzhuang Station, the terminal. There are student volunteers in our school to guide the freshmen to the reception station of "South Square" in Xinzhuang Station, and the school's welcome bus will be sent to Songjiang Campus. Please note: Subway 1 Line Xinzhuang Station "South Exit" exit.
* Arrive at Shanghai South Railway Station. Take the "Northeast Exit" and transfer directly to the subway 1 line and get off at Xinzhuang Station (the first bus leaves at 5:57 and the last bus at 23:22).
* The school does not set up welcome reception stations at airports, ship docks and long-distance bus terminals. Freshmen pick up their luggage by themselves and report to the school by themselves with reference to the following traffic routes.
Those who arrive at Pudong Airport can take the Airport Line 3 bus and get off at Wanping Road Station (also known as Xujiahui Station), and then transfer to the subway 1 line to Xinzhuang Station.
Those who arrive at Hongqiao Airport can take bus No.938 and get off at Caoxi North Road Station (Wantiguan Station), and then transfer to subway 1 line to Xinzhuang Station.
Those who arrive at the coach station and the ship station can take the bus to People's Square and transfer to the subway 1 line to Xinzhuang Station.
(2) Freshmen in Shanghai
Please go to the "South Square" of Xinzhuang Station on Metro 1 Line and take the school welcome bus to Songjiang Campus.
(3) For those who come to the school newspaper by car, please refer to the living and transportation guide of Donghua University (attached). After entering the campus, please obey the instructions of the police and security personnel, park your motor vehicles at the designated place, and don't drive into the student living area.
Third, the materials to be prepared
1, admission notice.
2. Freshmen who are not registered in Shanghai are required to submit household registration certificates. Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with special provisions shall implement the relevant provisions.
(1) The migration certificate must indicate the nature of the household registration (except for students in Jiangsu Province), and the nature of the household registration refers to agriculture or non-agriculture.
(2) The original, fax or copy of the certificate must be invalid.
(3) the account is handled by the school to the police station. If the household registration is not moved to the school at the time of registration, it will not be handled thereafter.
(4) Native place and birthplace must be specific to cities and counties, such as cities (counties) in * * * * provinces.
(5) The ID number must be 18 digits. If the resident identity card is not applied for, the local police station shall indicate it on the transfer certificate.
(6) Please fill in the column of "Moving Address" on the Migration Certificate: No.2999 Renmin North Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai.
3. Freshmen with Shanghai hukou do not move their hukou. After the new students in agricultural registered permanent residence enter the school, the school will go through the formalities of rural to non-rural areas.
4. My ID card. If the ID card is lost or has no ID card, it must be proved that it is lost or undocumented with the "Household Registration Certificate" issued by the unit. The names on the household registration certificate, ID card and admission notice must be consistent and consistent with the student file. If there is any discrepancy and it is normal, the correction certificate issued by the unit that issued the Household Registration Certificate shall be held.
5. Organizational relationship. The relationship between new party organizations outside Shanghai must be issued by party committees and organizational departments at or above the county and city level, with the title of "Shanghai Municipal Committee of Science and Education Organization Cadre Department"; The new party organization relationship in Shanghai is called "Organization Department of Donghua University Party Committee". * * * Members should hold a membership card issued by the Communist Youth League at or above the county level or a letter of introduction on the organizational relationship of the Communist Youth League. After the start of school, I will go to the Organization Department of the Party Committee or the Youth League Committee of the school to go through the transfer formalities through the local Party branch in time, and participate in the life of the Party group as soon as possible.
6. Bring your own student files. Please keep it safe and give it to the class teacher after school.
7. Prepare 12 a recent one-inch photo of the front of the hat. Please indicate your name, major or professional category on the back of the photo.
8. Shanghai male freshmen should bring military service certificates. Issuing place: the armed forces department of the street where the household registration is located or the former high school.
Fourth, payment
1, charging items and standards. Freshmen must pay the following fees when they report for duty:
(1) tuition. 5000 yuan/academic year for general majors and 2000 yuan/academic year for light chemical majors (Sino-German cooperation).
(2) Accommodation fee. 1400 yuan/school year.
(3) Agency fee. 600 yuan (English major 562 yuan). Including: meals, college students' safety insurance, special radio station for foreign language teaching, special clothing for military training, etc. , according to the actual settlement, refund more and make up less. For details, please refer to the list of undergraduate freshmen's fees in Donghua University in 2007 (attached).
2. Payment method. Please follow the payment method and usage requirements of Peony Link Card (attached). Freshmen must remit money to the bank card before August 12 this year (the bank card will be sent with the admission notice, please check it). If the remittance amount exceeds the actual fees charged by the school, the balance will be left in the bank card, and students can also withdraw cash according to the balance and spend it freely.
Note: ATM in Songjiang Campus can only use bank cards in Shanghai and ICBC credit cards in other places. Please withdraw money from the Business Department of Industrial and Commercial Bank of Songjiang University Town (No.470, Wen Hui Road) on the day of registration.
V. Accommodation
1, the student dormitory of Songjiang Campus is located in the student apartment at Lane 300, Wen Hui Road, Songjiang University Park.
2. Freshman dormitory beds are arranged by the school.
3. Contact information of the reception desk in the dormitory. Venue: Building 7 of Student Apartment, Tel: 02 1-37667373.
4. daily necessities. Freshmen's bedding and daily necessities are not uniformly stipulated by the school. Students can bring their own or buy them after school. For your convenience, we now provide the quotation sheet of "Shanghai Education Supermarket" student apartment supplies (attached) for your reference. During the registration period, other businesses provide various daily necessities and bicycles in the student apartment area.
Intransitive verb baggage check-in
Freshmen can check their luggage at the local railway passenger station with the admission notice or train ticket. Baggage consigned to Shanghai Railway Station and Shanghai South Railway Station is collected by the school and transported to Songjiang Campus. In order to ensure that the luggage arrives at the destination on time, foreign freshmen should check their luggage three days before departure, and attach the "Newborn Baggage Label" of Donghua University in a prominent position, indicating your name, province and major (or major category) on the label for easy retrieval. Please keep the baggage claim form properly. After you report to the school, you can claim your baggage at the designated place of the school with the baggage claim form. Luggage checked by express mail must be picked up by freshmen after they get off the train. Freshmen who arrive in Shanghai from airports, ship terminals and bus terminals must collect their checked baggage upon arrival. Special reminder: money, valuables, admission notice, ID card and other important documents should be carried with you. Don't check them to avoid losing them.
Seven. others
1, ask for leave. Those who can't report on time for some reason must ask for leave from the school admissions office with relevant certificates. Vacation time generally does not exceed two weeks. The school will give up the admission qualification for freshmen who fail to report for duty within the time limit without consent.
2, September 5 to 2 1 entrance education, military training, course selection; Classes begin on September 24th.
3. English test. In order to fully understand the English level of freshmen and help them choose English courses reasonably, the school will organize English proficiency tests (including listening) after freshmen enter school. Please get ready.
4. Parents' accommodation. Songjiang University Park has limited ability to receive parents' accommodation, and hopes to accompany parents to Songjiang city or urban accommodation as much as possible. The price of hostels around Songjiang Campus that can accept accommodation is generally 100 yuan-180 yuan/bed, and some schools have a small amount of 50-60 yuan/bed.
5. review. After the new students enter the school, the school will review them according to the enrollment policy and admission standards. Those who do not meet the admission conditions or violate discipline and fraud will be disqualified.
Freshmen with financial difficulties are requested to fill out the Questionnaire of Donghua University Students and Their Families (attached) and affix their seals as required, which will be collected by the school after admission.
