Donghua Institute of Technology (formerly East China Institute of Geology), referred to as Donghua Institute of Technology, was founded in 1956. It is the first institution of higher learning in China's nuclear industry. It is a multi-disciplinary university that focuses on science and engineering and has the characteristics of economics, management, literature, law, teaching, art and other disciplines.
