In order to let everyone go through the admission formalities smoothly, please read the following instructions carefully and make all the preparations before admission.

I. Time and place of registration

September 2nd (Tuesday) at 8:00- 17:00 in the Olympic Stadium of Beijing University of Technology.

Freshmen need to pay attention: if there are special circumstances that need to be postponed, please ask for leave in advance; If you can't report on time without special reasons, the school will be regarded as automatically giving up the admission qualification according to the regulations on student status management.

Second, you need to bring it when you report.

1. Admission notice (the name of the admission notice and the ID card must be the same, otherwise you can't register, and it is best not to change your name after admission).

2. My ID card (students who do not have an ID card should bring their household registration book)

Sixth, submit electronic photos. Please log on to the orientation system of Beijing University of Technology and submit the electronic photos. The deadline is August 15. Please refer to the detailed description of "Login Method" in the "User Login" box on the left side of the home page for the user name and password of the new login system. After the freshmen log in to the system, enter "Photo Upload" in "My Homepage" and submit their own digital photos that meet the requirements, and the school can make campus cards in advance according to your information. The specific requirements for photos are:

1. One-inch color photo with bareheaded front recently (please take it in a professional photo studio);

3. No uniform clothes or white tops;

4. Portraits should be clear without obvious distortion;

The uploaded photos will be used as general photos of various business systems. Freshmen are requested to carefully prepare recent photos as required and submit them within the specified time. Students who fail to submit photos after the deadline or as required will not be able to get campus cards in time when they register for school, which may affect their normal registration and school life.
