The "Little White Poplar Award" of the International Animation Festival of Communication University of China is open to senior high school students all over the country, aiming at cultivating and inspiring the enthusiasm and ideals of the younger generation in China for animation creation, and selecting young people with great potential, artistic foundation, unique creativity and novel thinking in animation creation, so as to reserve talents for the future prosperity and development of the animation industry in China. At the same time, the contest will become one of the important measures to reform the art examination in the Animation College of Communication University of China.
