2. According to the needs of professional positions, the department reviews the resumes of candidates and organizes candidates to take professional or skill exams.
3. Rank the departments through comprehensive assessment, and report the ranked positions to the list of hospital personnel recommended by the Human Resources Department according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of people required for recruitment positions. If the ratio is less than 1:3, the hospital interview is recommended.
4. The Human Resources Department will determine the candidate after qualification examination of the candidate's education and major.
