Account relationship. Freshmen in Liaoning Province will no longer move their registered permanent residence, and it is voluntary for freshmen in other provinces and regions to move their registered permanent residence. In case of migration, freshmen should follow the household registration requirements of Shenyang Public Security Bureau, and try to print the household registration migration certificate (not vague). Handwriting for special reasons must be written with black charcoal pen, and the handwriting should be clear and neat. My ID number must be marked on the household registration transfer certificate and stamped with the seal of the household registration police, otherwise it needs to be returned and reissued. Freshmen who move into their household registration should also prepare copies of their ID cards and admission notices. Freshmen who have not applied for an ID card need to go to the local police station to apply for the ID number and indicate it on the household registration transfer certificate. 2. Payment method: The College and Jinzhou Bank Shenyang Daxi Sub-branch (hereinafter referred to as Jinxing) handle the business of withholding tuition and accommodation fees. Please deposit (remit) all the above tuition and accommodation fees together with the admission notice into the Venus debit card handled by the college in time according to the admission major, and the college will withhold and remit them; Freshmen can go directly to any local branch of Jinxing for deposit business. If there is no local branch of Venus, they can go to any local bank branch that can handle remittance business from Monday to Friday, such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Construction Bank, and deposit the school accommodation fee in full into the Venus debit card handled by the college for you by inter-bank remittance. For details, please refer to the instructions attached to the Venus debit card. In order to ensure the success rate of withholding, local candidates in Shenyang should deposit (remit) 10.00 yuan or more on the basis of full payment; Foreign candidates in Shenyang, please deposit (remit) 60.00 yuan on the basis of the full amount of fees payable (to avoid unsuccessful deduction due to insufficient payment). As the withholding business between the college and the bank ended on August 20th, freshmen are requested to handle the deposit (remittance) business before the deadline, so as not to affect the enrollment.
