Yu Hualong Group was founded in 1992, and has successively established seven institutions of higher learning, including Xi Foreign Affairs College, Xinghua College of Chang 'an University, Dalian Equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College and Suqian Vocational and Technical College. This paper puts forward the international educational development view of "learning has no age, learning has no size, teaching has no competition and teaching has no boundary", and puts forward many new views on credit system, popularization of higher education, scale and quality view of private universities, positioning of private higher education and quality education. 1996 took the lead in establishing a private education research institute in China, and put forward the purpose of "integrating the spirit of the North and the South, condensing the essence of the East and the West, smoothing the way of doing things, and creating the soul of private studies". He has published more than 40 papers, edited seven series of private education and seven series of humanities education, and published monographs such as Seeking Private Education, Introduction to Private Education and Private Education.

Dean Huang Teng has successively won the National Innovation Award for Private Higher Education, the Outstanding President of China University, the Top Ten Outstanding Young People in Shaanxi Province, the New Long March Breaker in Shaanxi Province, the Honorable Career Medal in Shaanxi Province, the Outstanding Educator in Shaanxi Province, the National Socialism with Chinese characteristics Career Builder, the Advanced Individual in Warm Engineering of China Vocational Education Association, the Advanced Individual in Shaanxi Vocational Education and the Advanced Individual in China Private Education.

Comrade Huang Teng has been commended by the government and praised by the society since he was a student. He has been elected as a representative of Xi Municipal People's Congress, Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee and National People's Congress for 20 years. He put forward many bills that have an impact on society and presided over the drafting of several regulations on private education in Shaanxi Province. At present, we are exploring the establishment of the largest private education group in China. His goal is not only to run a good school, but also to explore a way to develop private education in China.
