Our college actively responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee to build a learning society, vigorously strengthened government training, greatly improved the quality of civil servants, and extended the tentacles of educational services to government agencies and institutions, and successively tailored training programs for Tianhe Community, Foshan Finance Bureau, Jiangmen Electric Power Bureau, Guangzhou Municipal Garden Supervision Station, the Fourth Navigation Engineering Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Communications, Dongguan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and other government agencies and institutions, and carried out fruitful training. In 2004, our hospital and Guangdong Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security jointly planned the construction of financial planner qualification certification system, and became the initiator and promoter of this certification system in Guangdong. In the same year, our college and Hesheng Chuangzhan Group Guangzhou Company jointly established "Sun Yat-sen University-Hesheng Chuangzhan Learning Community", which became the first all-round community learning platform in Guangzhou. At the beginning of 2006, our institute and Guangzhou Liwan Industrial and Commercial Branch established a learning organization. Recently, our hospital established a community training base in Hua Le Street, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou.

Numerous students from all walks of life have gained all-round promotion of knowledge, contacts, identity, career and wisdom through the continuing education in our college, and have made positive contributions to the material civilization and spiritual civilization of society, thus moving towards a broader life.
