According to official website of Tibet University, the soldiers who finished their service in Tibet University, also known as army cadets, are mainly employed at the grassroots level and are township civil servants. They are professionals specially trained by the central authorities according to the actual situation of the construction of cadres in Tibet, and they are an important supplementary source of cadres in this region.
