Anyang normal College is located in Anyang, the hometown of Oracle Bone Inscriptions, the location of Yin Ruins, the birthplace of Hongqi Canal spirit, a national historical and cultural city and one of the eight ancient capitals of China. It is an ordinary undergraduate college in Henan Province.
The school, formerly known as Zhang Defu anyang normal College, was founded in 1908. 1949 was named anyang normal School in Pingyuan Province, 1958 was renamed anyang normal College, 1960 was renamed Anyang No.1 Normal School, and 1978 was restored to anyang normal College.
In 2000, anyang normal College, Anyang Education College and Anyang No.2 Normal School merged to form anyang normal College. 20 1 1 was approved by the State Council Academic Degree Office as a pilot unit for postgraduate training.
