1. Apply for general election

Under the guidance of the instructor, the student association needs to make a general change plan in advance (attachment 1, including the corresponding supplementary materials). After the plan has been approved by the business guidance unit, they can apply for the school-level activity "A Society's Change Plan in 2022" online through OA and submit it to the school youth league committee. Only after the qualification of the school youth league Committee is passed can the general reform meeting be drawn up. The student associations will be held through the Tencent conference line, and the student associations need to report the specific time and Tencent conference number of the general meeting to the school youth league Committee.

2. Hold a general meeting

Convene a general meeting of members of the association and hold a differential election for the leaders of the new association. The contents of the general meeting of members shall include the work summary of the outgoing person in charge, the public speeches of the candidates and the secret ballot of all the members attending the meeting.

3. Submit election results

Within three days after the end of the general meeting, the students' union will upload "Attachment 2: Registration Form for the Person in Charge of Student Associations to Participate in the General Meeting" and "Attachment 3: Process Materials for the General Meeting of Student Associations (Full-screen Video of Tencent Meeting and Screenshot of Secret Voting Results)" as final materials to the OA system, and the general meeting of student associations will not take effect until it passes.
