In principle, Jilin University transfers admission to disciplines (categories) and majors (fields) with insufficient qualified students.

1. Transfer candidates must meet the professional admission conditions stipulated in our school's enrollment regulations and enrollment professional catalogue.

2. Transfer candidates must meet the basic requirements of the national preliminary test scores (Class A candidates), the basic requirements of the preliminary test scores of Jilin University, the first volunteer major, and the basic requirements of the preliminary test scores of the transfer major.

3. The adjustment majors of the adjustment candidates are the same as or similar to the first choice, and should be in the same subject category (majors that can be awarded degrees in different disciplines can be adjusted across categories in the first-level disciplines of the corresponding majors).

4. Adjust the candidates' initial test subjects to be the same as or similar to the major change, in which the national unified proposition subjects for the initial test should be the same as the major change (the candidates' initial test subjects cover all the unified test subjects for the major change and are regarded as the same). In the national unified proposition subjects, English I and English II can be regarded as the same; Mathematics one, mathematics two, mathematics three, mathematics (agriculture) and economic comprehensive ability can be regarded as the same; Mathematics (agriculture) and chemistry (agriculture) can be regarded as the same.

First, candidates who wish to apply for the master's degree in library and information science, business administration, public administration and engineering management may apply for mutual transfer on the basis of meeting the professional conditions for applying, but they may not be transferred to other majors; Candidates from other majors are not allowed to transfer to the above majors.

Those who meet the requirements can enjoy the policy of adding points to the initial test of retired college students. Those who have not applied for the exam may not be transferred to the plan.

9. Candidates who apply for professional degrees in master of medicine can transfer to other majors according to relevant policies, and candidates who apply for other majors (including medical degrees) cannot transfer to professional degrees in clinical medicine.

10. Candidates who participate in the plan of strengthening the army to aid Tibet may not be transferred.

12. All transfer candidates must go through the "National Master Enrollment Transfer Service System" (website) designated by the Ministry of Education (except for retired college students and military personnel and candidates who enjoy minority policies).

The duration of each opening of the spreading system shall not be less than 12 hours. Enter oneself for an examination of the same enrollment unit, the same major, the same preliminary examination subjects, colleges (institutes, centers) according to the candidates' preliminary examination results to determine the best candidates to enter the re-examination. Non-academic criteria such as the time sequence of candidates' submission of adjustment volunteers shall not be used as the basis for selection.

Candidates' voluntary lock-up and adjustment time is set by each college (institute, center) independently, and the longest time is no more than 36 hours. After the lock-up time comes, if the enrollment unit does not explicitly accept the opinion, the lock-up will be lifted and candidates can continue to fill in other volunteers.
