Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 11 The College shall set up an enrollment leading group to be responsible for the enrollment of full-time undergraduates, study and formulate the enrollment policy of the College, and decide on major issues.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plans and Types

Article 14 The College enrolls students from 23 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) throughout the country, and the enrollment plan, types and elective subjects shall be subject to the announcement of the admissions departments of the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).

Chapter V Admission

Article 15 The college shall determine the enrollment ratio according to the situation of students in each province (municipality directly under the central government and autonomous region), and the enrollment ratio shall be between 100- 105% of the enrollment plan, and the enrollment ratio shall be105% of the enrollment plan in the provinces where the parallel volunteer enrollment rule is implemented.

Article 17 With regard to the physical health requirements of candidates, the college implements the provisions of the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Enrollment Physical Examination of Colleges and Universities. Article 18 There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students admitted to the college.

Article 19 Foreign language requirements: Business English majors require English as a foreign language, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages. The college's foreign language course is English, and non-English language candidates should be careful when filling in their volunteers.

Article 20 Requirements for single-subject foreign language courses: Candidates who apply for accounting (International Accounting ACCA) and business English majors must have a score of not less than 90% (or 60% of full marks) in the college entrance examination for single-subject foreign languages. If the number of qualified students in a single subject is insufficient, with the consent of the school enrollment leading group and the approval of the relevant competent department, the performance requirements in a single subject shall be appropriately reduced.

Article 21 A college shall implement the relevant regulations of the admissions department of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government or autonomous region) where the candidates are located, and recognize and implement the policies and regulations formulated by the admissions department of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government or autonomous region) on adding or subtracting points.

Article 22 Admission methods:

1. Provinces that implement the new college entrance examination reform and file according to their majors: those with the same total score and ranking in the college entrance examination will give priority to candidates with high academic level test scores and high comprehensive quality evaluation.

2. Other provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions): According to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", candidates who enter the archives are admitted from high scores to low scores. Candidates with the same professional volunteer order and score will be selected according to the single order and score. The single order is the total score of college entrance examination culture, mathematics, foreign language and Chinese. Among them, candidates in Jiangsu Province are required to have CC (that is, the selected subjects are all Grade C and above), and all five required subjects are qualified. Candidates who enter the file are admitted according to the principle of "score first, then score". When the results of filing are the same, those with higher subjects are preferred.

3. When all the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not accepted, those who obey the adjustment of the major (group) will be adjusted from high score to low score until the major is not fully recorded, and those who do not obey the adjustment of the major (group) will be dismissed.

4. If it is really necessary to adjust the enrollment plan according to the students' situation, the college shall apply to the relevant provincial (municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region) admissions department and implement it after approval.

Article 23 The trinity comprehensive evaluation enrollment of the College in Zhejiang Province shall be implemented in accordance with the Trinity Comprehensive Evaluation Enrollment Charter of Zhejiang College of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2020. Candidates must fill in our school in the first volunteer column of general category in advance, and the reported major must be consistent with the candidate's shortlisted major, otherwise it will be invalid.

Chapter VI Admission Examination and Fees

Twenty-fourth freshmen admitted to our college should go through the admission formalities at the college within the time specified by the college. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college. Note: Scholarships for freshmen will not be repeated. Those who meet two or more of them will be rewarded according to the principle of high. If the province of origin is divided into arts and sciences, it will be ranked according to the scores of the corresponding disciplines in that year.
