First, teachers' professional ethics and political literacy

All teachers in the teaching and research section love the Party and education, and adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles. Concerned about national affairs, insist on reading newspapers and watching TV news. Every teacher carefully studies the Party's policy documents, listens carefully and speaks actively in the political study organized by the department. In the donation activities organized by the college to ensure the Yushu earthquake-stricken area to tide over the difficulties smoothly, the teachers in the teaching and research section were enthusiastic, dedicated and showed good professional ethics. At ordinary times, teachers are strict with themselves, abide by the rules and regulations and disciplines of the college, forge ahead in unity, be positive, be modest and prudent, and love their posts and work hard. The old teachers help selflessly, and the new teachers consult modestly, which makes the teaching and research section present a good mental outlook and vitality.

Second, curriculum teaching.

There are 3 full-time teachers in the teaching and research section, all of whom have lecturer titles; Of the 3 people, 1 person has young children. In the face of difficulties, we are United, taking the overall situation into consideration, and still undertake the teaching tasks of compulsory college Chinese courses in various departments and majors, compulsory practical writing courses in some majors and elective courses in literary appreciation, and have successfully completed all the teaching tasks this semester.

(1) Work hard and not be picky.

When assigning teaching tasks, the teachers in our teaching and research section never ignore the importance and find fault with the fat. They can happily accept the teaching tasks assigned by the director of the teaching and research section and all the tasks assigned by the department and college, and complete them conscientiously and successfully. Compared with literature appreciation and practical writing, college Chinese is the most difficult and challenging course in the teaching and research section. This course has strong theory and outstanding operability, and many original works and Yuan Dian have been selected. In order to attract students, great efforts are needed, and teachers themselves are also required to have good professional quality and teaching theory level. Teachers Zou and Yang in the teaching and research section can actively undertake the teaching of this course; At the same time, some teachers take the initiative to teach two courses, and the teaching and research section can successfully complete the teaching tasks arranged by the department and the college, which is closely related to the efforts of the above teachers.

(2) Serious and responsible teaching and active discussion after class.

The teachers in this teaching and research section are conscientious and responsible, and do every class well with a responsible attitude towards each student. According to the mid-term teaching inspection, each teacher's lesson preparation reserve is 100%, and they are all new teaching plans, even though this course has been taught many times; Have teaching experience after class. Teachers in the teaching and research section use Wednesday's teaching and research activities to exchange teaching experience, discuss teaching skills and discuss the arrangement of teaching materials. How to do a good job in the teaching of graduating classes, the teaching and research section organized all teachers in the teaching and research section to hold teaching and research activities, and discussed and studied the selection of teaching content, the application of teaching methods, the evaluation of teaching effect and the evaluation of students' usual grades. (D) Flexible and diverse teaching methods of college Chinese have improved students' interest in learning.

The teachers in the teaching and research section are younger. In teaching, teachers dare to try and improve teaching effect. This semester, all the teachers in the teaching and research section use multimedia to teach, and the courseware is beautifully made. Especially, the college Chinese and literature appreciation course of Yang and Zou, which integrates video, voice and pictures, is very popular among students. In the teaching process of this semester, the teachers in the teaching and research section always follow a principle: let students change from passive lectures to active participation, which greatly improves students' learning enthusiasm. Zeng Yunfan, a part-time teacher, hired teaching assistants in the class to mobilize students to participate in teaching; Teacher Yang gave the students a lesson and asked them to apply their understanding of knowledge to practice. It is the constant exploration and pursuit of reform and innovation of the teaching and research section teachers in this semester that makes the teaching and research section teachers maintain good results in the teaching evaluation of colleges and universities.

Thesis: 2 papers were published. Teacher Yang's article "Discussion on College Chinese Classroom Teaching Mode"; Teacher Zhang Cheng's article "The Achievement of Anxiety and the Ideal Pursuit of Passion —— On the Poetic Tone of Cui Hao's Yellow Crane Tower"; They are all published in the Journal of Jiangcheng College of China Geo University this semester.

Textbook: revise a college Chinese textbook; Editor-in-Chief: Zhang Cheng, Zou, etc. It has been published by China Geo University Press.

Fourth, actively participate in various activities organized by the college.

(1) Teachers in our teaching and research section actively participate in all kinds of activities organized by our college. In April, teachers enthusiastically offered suggestions for the contest activities such as essay writing for the sixth anniversary of the school celebration organized by the college library; In June, in the tug-of-war competition organized by the college party Committee, the members sent by the basic course department participated in the agency team and won the first place.

(2) In combination with the independent college students' debate competition sponsored by the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, the fifth "Li Ao Cup" speech competition, and the first essay competition of Linxi Literature Society, the teachers in the teaching and research section of our college took the initiative to undertake the duties of judges and grade students fairly and fairly; I made my own efforts for the smooth progress of the contest.

In scientific research, our achievements are not directly proportional to the comprehensive strength of our teaching and research section teachers.
