The college entrance examination is only a form, and the country hopes to choose people who can re-enter the university through this form. But each form has its drawbacks. I just want to say one thing, that is, I know that many college students with two undergraduate degrees and three undergraduate degrees have finally been admitted to one of the top ten or even a senior of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Tsinghua, Peking University.
