Wen Hao's character story
Concentrate on study and serve the frontier. In 1980s, at the beginning of the webpage, Wen Hao obtained a master's degree in general surgery from Xinjiang Medical College. In the past six years, he has taught graduate students and college students in Britain, France and Germany in fluent English, and his papers and essays have been edited and published in important journals and collections in Britain and America. Won the Outstanding Youth Award of 17 International Echinococcosis Conference, was appointed as the Asian Coordinator of the World Health Organization Echinococcosis Working Committee, and was employed as a visiting professor at university of ulm Medical College and university of salford, England. It has undertaken international cooperation and joint training of graduate students, established a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system of echinococcosis diagnosis, surgical drugs and intervention in line with international standards, and formed three prefecture-level research branches and more than ten county echinococcosis diagnosis and treatment centers in the autonomous region. Research on new dosage forms of anti-echinococcosis drugs, research and development of rapid diagnosis methods for echinococcosis, and treatment methods such as drugs, surgery and liver transplantation have reached the international advanced level. Wen Hao has treated hydatid disease patients all over Beijing, Shandong, Shaanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Tibet and Sichuan provinces, as far away as France, Germany and Central Asia. In May 2005, the third international summit forum on diagnosis and treatment of echinococcosis was held in the First Affiliated Hospital. Invited Chinese and foreign experts and scholars spoke highly of the research and treatment level of echinococcosis in the First Affiliated Hospital. Professor Craig, Chairman of the International Echinococcosis Federation and General Coordinator of the WHO Echinococcosis Expert Working Committee, attended the meeting and said with deep feelings: "The research, prevention, clinical diagnosis and treatment of echinococcosis in Xinjiang are at the forefront of the world, and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University has become one of the international echinococcosis research centers. Full of enthusiasm, but sick at heart. At the end of 1995, Wen Hao, who was successful in his studies, declined to be retained by his tutor, gave up the superior conditions abroad, and returned to Xinjiang with three big dreams of "making the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of echinococcosis the best in China and in line with international standards, developing liver surgery in Xinjiang, especially liver transplantation, and bringing out a talent team with young scientists and graduate students as the main body". After returning to China for more than ten years, he has always been aiming at the forefront of world medicine and constantly innovating and pioneering. With the help and support of the leaders of Xinjiang Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital, he led a large number of medical science and technology workers to establish and expand a new technology platform for hepatobiliary surgery in Xinjiang, and established a complete comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system integrating basic research, diagnosis and treatment of echinococcosis, making Xinjiang one of the world's comprehensive prevention and control centers for echinococcosis, and cultivating and assembling a medical, teaching and scientific research group and postdoctoral, doctoral and master's degrees. I have also grown from an ordinary medical student to an expert with a certain reputation at home and abroad, a leading figure in hepatobiliary echinococcosis surgery in Xinjiang, and a medical worker with both ability and political integrity. For many years, Wen Hao has been concerned about patients in remote areas and agricultural and pastoral areas. He traveled all over the Tianshan Mountains in the north and south, and went to the countryside dozens of times in Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Mongolia, Tibet and other areas with high incidence of echinococcosis, with a journey of tens of thousands of kilometers. More than 0/0000 cases were investigated, thousands of cases were treated with echinococcosis, and thousands of cases were treated with free consultation, free surgery and free medication. When he met poor echinococcosis patients, he took the lead in donating money and treating them for free to relieve their pain. The ethnic minorities in remote prefectures of Xinjiang, Naqu of Tibet and Ganzi of Sichuan are extremely poor, and their living and sanitary conditions are extremely poor, which is also an important reason for the high incidence of echinococcosis in this area. Every time Wen Hao went to investigate, he always went deep into the grassroots and even the patients' homes to learn more about the illness, patiently explain the knowledge of prevention and treatment, and give timely help in medical care and life. In order to popularize the knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and control in agricultural and pastoral areas, combined with his work experience, he edited the atlas of echinococcosis, echinococcosis and multilingual brochures, and taught the knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and control to farmers and herdsmen everywhere, which enhanced their ability to resist diseases and prevent diseases. Since 1996, five laboratories have been established in Wen Hao, namely, the clinical institute of echinococcosis in the autonomous region and the Xinjiang organ transplant institute. The research team led by him has successively undertaken two national key projects in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, among which the early immune diagnosis of echinococcosis and the rapid diagnosis technology combined with antigen echinococcosis made a major breakthrough and won the national patent and the promotion project of high-tech products of the Ministry of Health. He has successively undertaken 5 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, International Student Research Fund 1, Outstanding Youth Fund of Ministry of Health 1, 4 key projects of natural science in autonomous region, development of high-tech innovative groups and support of organ transplantation in autonomous region 1, diagnosis and drug treatment of echinococcosis with Willcam Fund in Britain, Sino-British cooperative development of Royal Society, and transmission and control of NIH echinococcosis in the United States. He pays special attention to cultivating ethnic minorities with high academic qualifications. In 2004, Wen Hao continued to be a visiting professor at Besancon Medical College and university of salford in Manchester, England, and engaged in teaching and scientific research cooperation activities. In the Key Laboratory of Echinococcosis in the Autonomous Region, Wen Hao instructed undergraduates, British and French master students and doctoral students to conduct echinococcosis research, and also undertook and completed the compilation of Echinococcosis in Asia, and edited monographs such as Practical Echinococcosis. Pay close attention to management and strengthen the hospital with talents. At the end of 20001,Wen Hao was appointed as the president of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. At the beginning of his tenure, he took a group of party member to conduct in-depth research, clearly put forward the development orientation of the hospital and the idea of "second pioneering", aimed at the world's advanced medical level, and started with the integration of disciplines, and launched a series of cooperation with world-renowned medical institutions at different levels, striving to build and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. Under his advocacy and promotion, the First Hospital successively established three cooperation centers for cardiovascular, oncology and large animal experiments with Harvard International Medical Center, and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the Central Hospital of Conte University in France. Central Asia Yakov Microsurgery Training Center, Clinical Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station and Beijing International Chip R&D Center Xinjiang Branch were listed, and nine postdoctoral researchers successfully left the station.
