Shandong Agricultural University, located in Tai 'an City, Shandong Province, is a university jointly established by the people of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau and the Shandong Provincial People's Government. It is the first batch of pilot universities in China to reform the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.

It is the earliest undergraduate university in Shandong Province after the founding of the People's Republic of China. 1952, the merger of physics, chemistry and biology of cheeloo University; 198 1 renamed Shandong Normal University.
