Hainan University School of Tourism moved to Mission Hills.

Tourism College of Hainan University is a secondary college of Hainan University. Founded in March 2000, it is the first president unit of Tourism Education Branch of Hainan Tourism Association, the secretariat of Hainan Tourism Standardization Technical Committee, the first president unit of Hainan Tourism Talent Training Alliance and Haikou Exhibition Talent Training Base.

There are 68 full-time teachers and about 2300 full-time students; Two disciplines 1 doctoral degree authorization points, two disciplines/master degree authorization points, 1 professional master degree authorization points.
