The affiliated middle school of Dalian University of Technology was founded in 1957, and 1993 was promoted to the municipal key high school. In 2008, it was rated as a model ordinary high school in Liaoning Province.
The school consists of "ordinary high school" and "international teaching department" Located in the Oriental Santa Clara Community on the north side of HKUST, it covers an area of 5.5k㎡ and a building area of 7.9km2, with beautiful environment and modern facilities.
