Shanghai Shanghai Middle School was founded in Longmen Academy 1865. In the development process of 150 years, adhering to the school-running tenet of "storing talents for national use", it has trained a large number of outstanding talents for national development and national rejuvenation. According to incomplete statistics, among the alumni, there are current or former provincial and ministerial leaders 105, 57 academicians of the two academies, more than 30 PLA generals, and more than 200 university presidents, and experts from all walks of life are hard to count.
