What should a freshman do?
College life is different from middle school, and time is only arranged around two key points: examination and study.

As an experienced person, give some advice to the subject and answer it from two dimensions: study and life:

study

Unlike middle schools, college classes are not like middle schools. The teacher won't tell you the contents of the book are broken. Some teachers have a lively and easy-to-understand class style, while others may follow the book. In this case, students won't listen, and it's basically normal to play with mobile phones to read extracurricular books or do other things. But it's a pity to waste 45 minutes in a class. Although cramming temporarily may not necessarily lead to failing the course, will you really learn real knowledge after four years' study with this attitude?

So here are two suggestions:

First, preview before class. There are at most three courses a day in the university, and it takes about 30 minutes in the evening, so I will read the course materials for the next day for 10 minutes, and I can understand them even if the teacher doesn't speak well the next day.

Second, finish your homework in time after class. In addition to group work, there are not many simple classroom assignments assigned by university teachers, and most of them can find examples and answers. Finish your homework on time, and your learning efficiency will be higher and your quality will be better.

Life, including clubs.

Pick a club that you like and are interested in. I have been in college for four years, and I have participated in other activities besides competitions. The members of the club are basically people I know except my classmates. So it's more important to find a club to play with ~

Enjoy it ~
