First, the enrollment target
The special plan of colleges and universities recruits studious and excellent rural students in high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) in remote, poor and ethnic areas. The relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, determine the rural scope of the implementation area of the special plan of colleges and universities. Before June 20, the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have completed the examination of the candidates' household registration, student status and other basic conditions and publicized the approved list.
Second, the enrollment form
In view of the actual situation of "running a school in two places" in our school, candidates should apply for the examination according to North China Electric Power University and North China Electric Power University (Baoding) respectively, and the examination results and confirmation results of the two places cannot be recognized each other.
Third, the enrollment plan and major
In 2020, the special enrollment plan of colleges and universities is 2% of the annual undergraduate enrollment plan of our college, that is, 58 students in Beijing campus and 65 students in Baoding campus. Except for the provinces that comprehensively reformed the college entrance examination, the enrollment plans of other provinces are all science plans. The specific enrollment majors of Beijing Campus and Baoding Campus are as follows:
According to the selected candidates, the enrollment situation in previous years and the employment situation of college special students, our school will determine the enrollment plan by province and specialty, and announce it through our undergraduate enrollment information network before the end of June.
Fourth, the registration conditions
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
1. Meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2020;
2. I and my father or mother or legal guardian have rural household registration in the implementation area, and I have local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years;
3. I have been studying in the county high school where my household registration is located for 3 consecutive years and actually studied;
4. Excellent academic performance and strong interest in specialized courses and related disciplines in our school.

1. All candidates who apply for our school must register online through the "College Special Plan Registration System" (/gxzxbm/) according to the requirements of the school. Other registration methods are invalid.

2. The application materials submitted by candidates in the online registration system include:

(4) In the "Additional Requirements for Submitting Volunteers", candidates are required to scan or take photos and upload the following three materials:
(1) Certificate of continuous three-year student status (signed by the principal of the middle school where the student status is located and stamped with the official seal of the middle school);

Each page of the application form can only be uploaded after it is signed and confirmed by the principal of the middle school and stamped with the official seal of the middle school. 4. The candidate's middle school is responsible for the authenticity of the above materials, and the principal is the person directly responsible. The application materials related to middle school submitted by candidates must be examined by middle school and signed by the principal. The above materials submitted by candidates shall not be altered, otherwise they will be deemed invalid. Candidates' registration materials that are not submitted according to the requirements of this brochure and the registration platform are deemed invalid.

Seven, voluntary reporting and admission methods

Candidates who have obtained the qualification of special enrollment in our university should fill in the professional volunteers within the enrollment scope of the special enrollment plan for colleges and universities in our province published by the undergraduate enrollment information network of our university, and fill in the corresponding batches and related requirements of the "special enrollment plan for colleges and universities" stipulated by the provincial enrollment examination institutions in the place of origin. For Jiangsu candidates, the subject level is required to be BB. Candidates from Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan provinces with comprehensive reform must meet the requirements of relevant majors in our school when applying for the exam.
2. Admission method
Candidates who have obtained the special enrollment qualification of ordinary colleges and universities in our school must participate in the national unified college entrance examination, and their college entrance examination scores shall not be lower than a number of control scores of undergraduate courses in their provinces. For the provinces that merge undergraduate admission batches, the corresponding minimum admission control scores determined by the corresponding provincial admissions examination institutions shall be implemented.
According to the number of provincial and professional plans published by our school, according to the candidates' grades from high to low, combined with the professional volunteers reported by the candidates, and according to the relevant provisions in the "Regulations on Undergraduate Admissions in North China Electric Power University in 2020", the admission majors of candidates are determined. If the number of students is insufficient, the program will no longer solicit volunteers or lower admission scores. At the time of admission, our school will adjust the enrollment plan according to the situation of students in each province. Candidates should apply for the examination according to the physical examination requirements of the Ministry of Education and our school. Those who do not meet the enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and the relevant regulations of our school will not be admitted or adjusted to adapt to the major according to the relevant regulations.
Eight. supervision mechanism
1, the list of qualified candidates and the admission list are all subject to three-level information disclosure, which will be made public on the sunshine college entrance examination platform, the provincial recruitment website where students are located and the undergraduate enrollment information online of our university in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education.
2. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, in the enrollment of special programs in colleges and universities, "there are fraudulent and malpractice behaviors such as illegal promises and operations, false reports or forgeries, fabrication of relevant materials, and cheating in exams". Once verified, the candidates and examination staff who violate the rules will be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Article 33 of Order of Ministry of Education 18) and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (). Candidates must promise that all the materials submitted are objective and true. If there is any false content, cancel the registration, examination and admission qualification of this year's college enrollment plan (no longer fill the vacancy), and inform the provincial enrollment examination institutions where the candidates are located. The relevant provincial admissions examination institutions will cancel their qualifications for registration, examination and admission in this year's college entrance examination in accordance with the relevant regulations, and suspend their participation in various national education examinations for 1-3 years depending on the seriousness of the case.
