1, Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time college-level ordinary university, under the management of the Provincial Department of Education, and the school-running level is the deputy department level. Both the Dean and the Party Secretary are party member.

The school formerly known as Zhangzhou Vocational College was founded in 1984. In April 2002, it was renamed Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College. On June 20 10, it passed the construction planning acceptance of national demonstration higher vocational colleges.
