(a) due to the diagnosis of illness in the school hospital, it is necessary to suspend classes for treatment and rest, accounting for more than 1/3 of the total class hours of a semester;
(2) Absence from work for one semester (including illness and personal leave) exceeds 1/3 semester total hours;
(3) For some special reasons, I apply or the school thinks that I should leave the scholar.
Forty-first students who have dropped out of school can only drop out of school after filling out the application form and holding relevant certificates (including parents' opinions), which are examined and approved by the competent leaders of their colleges (departments), reported to the Academic Affairs Office for the record, and issued a certificate of suspension. If the college (department) or school thinks that scholars should suspend their studies, the college (department) where the students belong will issue a notice of suspension to the students.
Forty-second students who have dropped out of school should go through the formalities of dropping out of school, and the round-trip travel expenses should be taken care of by themselves, and the school will keep their student status. During the period of suspension, students do not enjoy the treatment of studying at school. The treatment of students who drop out of school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
Forty-third students who apply to join the China People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force) may retain their school status until 1 year after discharge.
Article 44 The suspension period of students is generally 1 year (with the approval of the school due to illness, they can be suspended for 2 years in a row), and the cumulative period shall not exceed 2 years.
Article 45 Medical expenses for students who drop out of school due to illness shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
Forty-sixth students should resume their studies at the prescribed time after the expiration of the suspension period, and submit a written application to their college (department) two weeks in advance. Students who drop out of school due to illness need to hold a health diagnosis certificate from a hospital at or above the county level, pass the re-examination in the school hospital and be approved by the Academic Affairs Office before they can go through the formalities of resuming their studies, and study in the corresponding grade of the original major according to the elective courses.
