Albert bandura (1925-) was born in Monda, Alberta. His father was a Polish wheat farmer. Like Skinner, he grew up in a small town. There are only 20 students and 2 teachers in his middle school. 1949 received a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia, 195 1 received a master's degree in psychology from the University of Iowa, and received a doctorate in philosophy the following year. Although he received an education in clinical psychology at the University of Iowa, he was deeply impressed by the effectiveness of the experimental model because of the influence of Spencer, a student of Hull. 1953, worked as a postdoctoral clinical intern at Wikimedia Kansas Guidance Center. In the same year, he applied to teach in the psychology department of Stanford University, and 1964 was promoted to full professor. During this period, influenced by Hull's learning theorists, such as N Miller, J Dollard and R. R.R Sears, he applied learning theory to the study of social behavior. Since then, except for 1969, Hua has been a researcher at the Center for Advanced Research in Behavioral Science for one year and has been teaching there. Among them, 1976 to 1977 are the department heads of psychology. Bandura's basic research led to the birth of social learning theory, which also made him gain a high reputation in western psychological circles. 1972 won the Outstanding Scientific Contribution Award of American Psychological Association. 1973 won the outstanding scientific achievement award of California psychological society; 1974 was elected president of the American Psychological Association.
Works:

Social learning and personality development (1963)
Principles of behavior correction (1969)
Attack: Social Learning Analysis (1973)
Social learning theory (1977)
Social Basis of Thought and Behavior: Social Cognitive Theory (1986)
Self-efficacy: the use of control (1977)
Theoretical point of view:
Social learning theory: Many human learning is cognitive, the result of reaction is the main source of human learning, observation is another main source of learning, showing an example may have different effects, and observation learning is the main source of rules and creative behavior.
Interaction theory
Self-regulation theory
Evaluation:
1. is essentially a behavioral theory system, but its introduction of cognitive process goes beyond the scope of traditional behaviorism, forming "cognitive-behaviorism", which is different from direct and mechanical behavioral imitation learning.
2. Pay attention to theoretical research and practical application.
3. The research in the experimental situation and the application in real life need further verification.
