Zhejiang University

Zhejiang University of Technology was founded in the early 1950s. After many mergers, it finally formed the present Zhejiang University of Technology. Zhejiang Normal University was founded in 1950s. At the beginning of the school, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, China University of Science and Technology, Peking University and the former Hangzhou University built it. 1996, the former Ningbo University, Ningbo Normal University and Ningbo Branch of Zhejiang Fisheries College merged to form a new Ningbo University.
