I. Training objectives
Cultivate senior professionals with all-round moral, intellectual and physical development, master solid basic theories and systematic professional knowledge of this subject, and have the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching and independently undertake professional and technical work.
Second, enrollment quota and major
The education system lasts two to three years. The enrollment plan shall be subject to the actual indicators issued by the Ministry of Education, and the actual enrollment indicators shall be subject to the indicators issued by the Ministry of Education.
Third, the application conditions
(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.
4. Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma must be obtained before September 1 of the year of admission). Including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges, as well as undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education).
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Two years after obtaining higher vocational education recognized by the state (graduation to September 20 17, 1, the same below) and above, reaching the same academic level as undergraduate graduates, and passing more than five self-taught undergraduate courses;
(4) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications shall apply for the examination according to the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduates.
(5) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
(two) to sign up for the national professional degree postgraduate entrance examination, according to the following provisions.
1. Those who register for the postgraduate entrance examination of Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of article (1).
(2) My previous major was non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught law major are not allowed to enter the exam).
2. Those who sign up for the Master of Laws (Law) postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of article (1).
(2) I majored in law before (only law graduates [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level, and self-taught law graduates can apply).
3. To register for MBA, you must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in (1).
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or a person who has more than 5 years of work experience after obtaining a diploma from a nationally recognized higher vocational college and has reached the same academic level as a college graduate; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.
4. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with professional degrees other than Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), Master of Laws (Law) and Master of Business Administration shall meet the requirements in (1).
5. The school implements the regulations of the Ministry of Education on outstanding fresh graduates to study for master's degree without examination.
