Wu Bin, born in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, 1937, dean of Wushu College of Beijing Humanities University, former director of technical committee of International Wushu Federation, director of technical committee of Asian Wushu Federation, vice chairman of Chinese Wushu Association, dean of Beijing Wushu Institute and the first head coach of Beijing Wushu Team. He was awarded the highest position in China Wushu-Jiu Duan. He is currently the vice chairman of Chinese Wushu Association, the executive vice chairman of Beijing Wushu Association, the national Wushu coach and the dean of Wushu College of Beijing Humanities University. Director of the Technical Committee of the Asian Wushu Federation and Deputy Director of the Technical Committee of the International Wushu Federation.

1963 After graduating from Beijing Institute of Physical Education, he taught in Beijing Amateur Martial Arts School (in Beihai Gymnasium) and served as Secretary General of Beijing Wushu Association from 1965. He was also the first coach of Li Xia, Hao Zhihua, Huang, Zhou Jingping and other outstanding female athletes. 1975- 1985, former vice captain and head coach of Beijing Wushu Team.
