I am a student majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering. Now apply to transfer to the computer engineering department to study in _ _ _ _ _.

With great yearning for our school, I was admitted to our school this year.

I hope to be more exposed to economic problems. Because I didn't meet the admission requirements of xxx University, I transferred to Shantou University and chose the topological direction of Professor Yang. But this branch of basic mathematics is not suitable for me, nor is it my interest. I've always wanted to study economics at the graduate level and use my own mathematical knowledge to understand some economic problems in depth. Therefore, I especially want to transfer to business school.

Of course, you may not learn a subject well just by interest. I admit that I know little about economics, and I may not be able to keep up after changing my major. But I believe that with strong interest and thirst for knowledge, I can catch up with it through hard study. Moreover, I have a deep understanding of mathematical models, operational research and other disciplines, which is very beneficial to the study of economics, so I still have advantages in some aspects. Some people say that people who study mathematics are rational. I believe this sentence, for such an important thing as changing majors, I dare not care at all, so my application is by no means the product of a momentary fever, but the result of careful consideration.

Through consulting and consulting teachers including my current tutor, Professor Yang, I got their pertinent opinions and suggestions, which also made me think more clearly about this matter. After careful consideration, I increased my determination to study economics.

After communication, my current tutor Professor Yang respected my decision and agreed to my application. Professor Du Mian from Business School is willing to accept me as his student. Faculty of Science and Business School are also willing to accept my application. Therefore, I solemnly and sincerely submit my application to the graduate school for approval.
